I like the receptionist, they were very helpful and polite. I like how close the hotel was close to restaurants and shopping. I liked that the hotel has hardwood floors. I didn't like how I wasn't able to fin a Ice machine and come to find out it was broken. Also was frustrating hearing kiks running up and down the hallway 12 in the morning, that is frustrating when you are trying to rest at night.

This is my go to hotel when I’m in Southfield. Have stayed at a few others but this one is the best. Great service, nice rooms, nice restaurant, decent gym.

The restaurant was closed for renovations, yet they still maintained the bar for evening cocktails. Our server Jennifer was very accommodating, and a delight to converse with. Jo was equally delightful with any questions or concerns I had at check in. The room was clean and bathroom had adequate toiletries for multiple showers! We didnt access the pool, but it looked nice. It was actually empty most of the time. Most of the guests appeared to be traveling on business. Complimentary breakfast was adequate with most everything needed to start the day. All in all a great stay!

There were a few small things that were not ideal such as road noise, broken shade on window, bathroom floor not as clean as I’d like, marijuana smell in the hallway & restaurant temporarily closed during my stay. Combined each of these small things made my stay less desirable than expected.

The room wasn’t as clean as expected and there wasn’t any handsoap to wash our hands in the bathroom. Also the body wash was not filled, it was only enough for one person to shower.
