We booked the room through Expedia paid for room and when we got there the place looked terrible . They told us we over booked so we don’t have a room for you . The weather and roads were awful the hotel was only 45 miles from home but roads had black ice and we wanted a room for the night , we ended up going hotel to hotel until we found an opening . I was upset having to get a third party refund . I was taken care of promptly but still took about 40 minutes on chat . Staff was rude at hotel and parking lot was terrible with deep snow .

Staff was not helpful, I wanted to split the bill at front desk and they were not helpful. Lady kept looking at me and said she cannot help. I said I am unable to claim at my work and want bill to split. She had no option and kept staring back at me. Big Ben’s like Radisson has pathetic service. I want a resolution.
