Gross- do not stay

Do not stay here, so gross. When we walked in the room there was something smudged on the way to the left. There was mirror to the right that had smudgy finger prints and lip, kiss marks all over it. The bathroom had plumbing issues- the shower and sink drained very slowly. The toilet would sort of flush but only the water would go down. There was hair behind the bathroom door. Also the kitchen was closed for renovations, not that I would eat there any way.

Rooms were clean. Front desk staff on night shift was friendly and went out of his way to provide assistance. For the price of a night's stay, this is a good value for money. Only downside is parking, many parking spots but mostly always taken/occupied.

The property and room were fine to spend the night before going to the airport. But the lack of a dining room or facility was terrible since I was there because of a snowstorm and the walk to the hotel next door was difficult. I had to rely on the few items in the deli case. I understand this will be fixed soon and that is great.

This was a last minute reservation as we had a misconnect flight due to weather. Although the room was not ready when we arrived, the staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond so we could get something to eat. We got noodles from their shop and kids had some snacks which they never charged us for. Thank you. The hotel was clean and a good size bedroom and bathroom. The airport shuttle is a plus and is this location is close to the airport.

Basic hotel

This was an ok stay. There is literally no parking if you are driving yourself and staying for a night as their parking lot is a paid long-term parking lot that is separate from the hotel. We weren't made aware of this, and we thought we could reserve it on-site. when we checked in, the front desk person acted like we were dumb for not knowing lol. Just a weird interaction overall. Otherwise, the rooms are basic, nothing fancy, and no major cleanliness issues. If you're staying for a night, it would work just fine.

Radisson should be embarrassed to put their name on this hotel. Peeling paint, torn window blinds, black material floating in water from the tap. No food, no bar. Stay somewhere else.

The airport shuttle pickup process was not explained properly, which made it a bit stressful. I had to call the front desk multiple times and even tried reaching the driver myself. It took nearly half an hour on a cold January night before I finally got on the shuttle. Clear instructions would have made the experience much smoother. The room was okay—nothing exceptional. They offered free coffee in the lobby, though the quality wasn’t great. On the plus side, the front desk staff was very nice, and the person who checked me in kindly offered free bottles of water, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was an average stay—nothing special, but not bad either. Most importantly, I felt safe, which was my top priority.

Picture this - we (my daughter, wife and I) land at Detroit at midnight on Feb 15 on the eve of a polar vortex induced snowstorm. I have a confirmed reservation at this blessed hotel. We show up at the hotel around 1am and the most appalling experience unfolded. The guy at the reception greets us and in the most nonchalant manner states "Sorry we are sold out". But, we have a confirmed reservation - sure, this dude doesn't budge, "Sold out Sir" It was unbelievable to the point of being funny! Apparently they had given our room away but there was absolutely no sense of regret or remorse from this dude....he was completely indifferent and even mildly gleeful to see our plight... We finally found a Comfort Inn and paid 1.5X the amount but we're glad we found a place to safely spend the night as the winds picked up and the temperatures plummeted as the night progressed. I would never ever trust this hotel .. would you?
