When I booked this property I assumed that it had to be okay. I have worked at many Radissons and was aware of their standards, mostly. This property was outdated, dirty, the furniture was old and looked like it should have been thrown away. The linens were dirty on the bed. The floors were stained. The staff didn't really seem to care and we're just hanging out from what we saw. Due to the condition of the hotel, we did not want to attempt the restaurant. I can only imagine what the kitchen might look like and the quality of food. I usually leave a good reviews of properties and this one definitely didn't deserve a good one. No, I didn't complain, due to the fact that we were exhausted, had been traveling for 9 days at this point, had attended a funeral and we're just mentally spent. It was only one night and I figured we could get through it and get to the hotel super early. The one positive was that the shuttle was on time and got us to the airport quickly.

We had a difficult time during check in. Hotel staff claimed Expedia didn’t send the reservation. After spending an hour on the phone with a third party Expedia representative it was resolved. The TV in our room didn’t work so we had to be moved. Rooms were dirty and bed was very uncomfortable.

Got what I paid for

From the pictures, looked much nicer. Carpet had several pulls in it. Furniture was a bit mismatched and older. Faucet was loose and sink stopper was missing. Bed slept fine. For the quick overnight, I got what I paid for.

Front desk guy was extremely rude and unhelpful. There was a line of people to the back of the lobby and all the way to the cafeteria and no front staff member was in site for over 20 minutes. Cleaning people sitting on the couch in lobby all day on their phone with bare feet, dogs out. When we called the front desk from the room to ask if they served breakfast, he said very rudely “no we don’t do breakfast” and immediately hung up the phone without asking if I needed anything else.

Where do I start, arriving in my room it’s a very old room but then I noticed the toilet seat in the bathroom was broken! Why would you put someone in a room with a broken toilet seat?? I told them and they moved my room. I only stayed here 3 days I then noticed the day I’m checking out an additional $50 fee on my card I did not approve so I called the front desk and he goes to say they didn’t charge me then says it’s a deposit I’m like you guys took the deposit when I checked in so would that be the case then he says dispute it with my bank ??? I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again even is someone paid me too.

When we checked in, we asked when the restaurant was opening for dinner. The staff said 5:00pm. When we went downstairs to get dinner, the restaurant wasn't open and the staff said the chef didn't show up tonight. We ended up going next door to the Embassy Suites for dinner and the wait staff said the restaurant hasn't been open in over 6 months! So the front desk concierge lied right to our face about it opening at 5:00pm! The tv reception was abysmal. The cable has very few channels and several of the channels came in fuzzy or not at all. One of the lamps beside the bed was flickering and would not stop when turned on... it was like a strobe light! If you are prone to seizures, this is not the room to stay in as the light was flickering constantly until turned it off. The window has a pull down shade to block sunlight but the curtains that cover the windows do not cover them as they do not go all the way over for full coverage. The room clearly needs to be updated... carpet is old and faded. We would not stay at this hotel again. Unfortunately, we were on a budget and needed something inexpensive but the saying is correct... you get what you pay for.

This property seems to be owned by folks from India and they were not the friendliest or cleanest. Person at the front desk very rude. Didn’t feel welcome ignored our questions. Gym machines filthy. Every glass, elevator seemed they have not been cleaned in weeks. Finger prints grease streaks all over. Didn’t feel safe. Felt like they (employees) were following me everywhere. Employees seems to live at the hotel. They were gathered at the front desk, wont acknowledge anyone. One of the employees was hanging out outside hotel room with a friend or family member. I thought I could access first floor through stairs, but no I saw this kid who didn’t understand English ran to her mom when she saw me and saw a bunch of them there at the kitchen cooking their breakfast. Hotel front desk said they don’t serve breaksfast. Another reason why made me think they live at the hotel. All good but they need to work on their customer service

It is a great hotel, that was probably amazing to stay at in its day. Clean and a lot of nice things. But has been run down. It does not offer many amenities that it once did. Old tvs in many rooms, broken down ice makers, a pool that is half full and algae at bottom. Broken lamps. More I could list. It would be a grear place to start a hotel. Won't go back.
