The shuttle was easy and convenient. In spite of planes flying around, you couldn't hear them, so your sleep was undisturbed.

First, I was assigned to a room under renovation with all the lights broken except one, lamp shades missing. So, I had to move to another room. Second, I had to return my rental car, so I informed the hotel staff that I would need a ride back. But the hotel shuttle never arrived during the 45 minutes I was waiting at the airport, and the hotel telephone was broken as well. So I had to Uber myself to the hotel. The staff acted as if I had bad luck and lightly apologized. Thirdly, the bath tub isn’t draining well. Carpet felt sticky.

Decent if you need cheap and wear earplugs

On the positive side is the location is so close to the airport, service desk attendant was decent and the hotel and room was clean. The negative aspect is that you will hear everything going on in your adjoining room amd the hotel is a bit worn and needs a refresh/remodel.

The toilet bowl wasn't cleaned well and the sight was very gross. You could feces on the outside of the toilet bowl. Once we noticed it, we checked out immediately. Terrible. I wish i can get a refund. 😡

Everything was great except in the morning, there was no hot water. I was told by the front desk that the boiler had to be reset. We waited 45 minutes to no avail. We had to leave without taking a bath.

Warning! Nothing works!

Arrived at hotel around 9:30 pm. At check- in no one at the counter was welcoming or friendly.Got into the room and was for a handicap person. Everything was low. We are tall people! Went downstairs and wanted to grab something to eat and a worker yelled out if we wanted to purchase snacks we had to use a card so we left to get something nearby. Comfort of bed was good. NO HOT WATER!! Went down to talk to front desk after not being able to call! They said nobody had hot water!! So we washed ourselves with a hand towel with cold water also drains not working as they should!! Next blow dryer did not work!! Husband went down to exchange it for a working one and no such luck!! This was only a night stay. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Hallway had stained carpet! Need I go on. Asked for the managers phone number and will be in contact. Only one staff member was friendly at checkout and I didn’t even catch her name but was a thin and young and apologetic. She will have to take complaints from all guest which is not fair to her.

Clean, and professional, we ended up canceling a reservation at a nearby hotel because they didn’t have the parking vouchers that we pre paid for, and ended up getting a reservation here instead for less money, and will pay for the parking on our own. Could have ended badly, but thanks to the Radisson we will be able to head off on our vacation without a hitch!
