This hotel is very run down. There were probably 5 cars in the parking lot. The front desk person wasn’t rude but barely acknowledged us as she was on her phone the entire time. We got to our room and the smoke detector was beeping. I had to call the front desk 3x, one of which I was hung up on. She ended up switching our room. The 2nd rooms window shade was busted. The room was dirty and everything was broken and or poorly fixed. I wore my shoes because the floor was so nasty. The mattresses were old, busted, and stained. It was cheap to stay but I wouldn’t stay there again. I can’t believe this is a Radisson.

The elevators were out, highly inconvenient for a room on the 5th floor. Then I discovered my television did not work at night when trying to settle into bed. Very disappointed.

I made a reservation and when I showed up at the hotel there was no room available and didn’t reimbursed me. I kept asking for my refund and no body has responded yet. I will never recommend this place.

Hotel is in need of lots of renovations which is underway in a very visible manner! Elevators were down. Room is functional but not luxurious. Staff is good and responsive. Shuttle service to and from airport seems reliable.

Texted for shuttle, responded 1 hour later, window shade was a struggle, no free breakfast, no coffee creamer in room. Broken ice machine, Employee said this was an upscale hotel, no free breakfast (no breakfast at all). Will go back to the un-upscale hotels next time. Google maps said restsurant on site, no evidence of one. Will not go back.

The sink and shower were clogged up. Room was untidy esp the carpets (I could see shreds). Lighting in the room was dim. Alot of noise in the corridor. Will not recommend this.

This hotel needs updating. The phone didn’t work, the caulking look like it had mold on it in the bathroom that needs to be replaced. Nothing worse than seeing mold and dirt around the bathroom. They do not disturb sign was missing, there was no menu or info on the hotel for the restaurant downstairs. When we arrive, we wanted water so we ordered two waters a Gatorade and a bag of chips and that was $22! So come on lower the prices on water please and of course there was no coffee creamer where the coffee was. People talking loud in the hallway. Janky for the price. I would not stay here again.
