Asked for a first floor room and was assigned a room at the very end of the 4th floor. After check in we proceeded to the room and of course there was an issue with the door lock and it wouldn’t allow access . Went back to the front desk and she asked if we wanted a different room or if we wanted to wait for the door lock to be recharged. I said what ever was the quickest because I was tired and my back was hurting. Of course she decided that recharging the lock was the quickest but I know for a fact just to change rooms was quicker but she obviously wanted to keep me as far away from the front desk as possible. 30 minutes later we were able to get in to the room . This was a Sunday evening check in around 7:30 pm and the parking lot was empty so switching to another room should not have been a problem.
Went to lay down finally and pull back the bed sheets to find a nice brown pubic hair in the bed already. Overall just not a good experience for this 80yo. Will definitely avoid staying here when we are in the area visiting family!
