I've stayed here 3 times over the last 3 yrs and it has just gotten better! The new remodel is open, light, and bright in the entry area and dining area. The only downside was the cable kept going out on the t.v.

I liked that it was being remodeled at the time of our stay. So, our room was very new,clean and pulled together. The decorating was very tasteful, but minimal. The room we stayed in could have used a comfortable chair , or love seat to sit in to watch t v in the evening. I would stay there again or in other hotels that are part of the group. Breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly and polite.
When entering the room, there was a large bathroom on the left side and along the wall, A really nice furniture unit VS dressers and drawers. Bright room and comfortable colors.

This property was under complete renovation. They said they contacted Expedia but we never heard from Expedia. They put us in a new room but there were so many things wrong: towel bar coming off the wall. One of the beds couldn’t view the t v because of the armoire they put in the room. The hooks in the room to hang coats, purses etc were falling off the wall. Hopefully they have a punch list to fix these things.

Disappointed but it was okay

I was so excited to check in and upon arrival learned that the hotel was under complete renovation. The really nice woman at the makeshift front desk area told me they tried to call me and tell me about the renovation and the fact that the suite I booked was not ready. I did not receive any calls. It was disappointing to arrive and not get the room I booked and to be in a hotel that is a complete construction zone.

Not what we were hoping.

Unfortunately, we didn’t know the hotel was under renovation when we booked our stay. So, continental breakfast was not as it should have been (i.e., no freshly cooked foods such as eggs, sausage, etc.) They did warm up cinnamon rolls and offer breads/bagels that could be toasted. The pool was not an option. My daughter was very bummed, as this was something she was looking forward to on our trip. Unrelated to the renovations, our room had ants very bad. Minutes after a piece of food fell on the floor, ants were moving the tiny piece of food. They were all over in the bathroom. Also, no one came in to clean up the room while we were gone for the day. The beds were comfortable.

They are under renovations in the lobby but we were still able to have what we wanted for a quick breakfast. Our room had been renovated and was lovely. Had a nice chat with the desk clerk and breakfast lady this morning.

The room was fine. It was one of there newly renovated rooms. There was no hair dryer in the room, which you normally would see. The breakfast was only minimal take and go due to renovation. No pool open. Wish we would have been informed ahead of time of renovation, so we could have stayed elsewhere with a pool. It should be a beautiful place when renovations are done.

The property is under construction. No pool, no breakfast, no gym Expedia website defaulted to dates I didn't want after I changed my dates. I changed dates looked at room, looked at another room, selected and booked, Expedia returned to default dates after me looking at second room. I ended up paying double for a room at a place under construction without amenities I paid for. I am about as opposite to happy customer as you can get. This experience makes me sick.

Under construction. Noisy as expected. Breakfast was awful. Asked where was safe To park as doing roof. We use handicap parking. Woman looks as us and says you park in the parking lot. I said I realize that but can we Safely use handicapped area. Yeah should be good. They also charged me incidentals of $168. I never had incidentals. Oh must be a mistake. Not Impressed. Only good thing was room very nice, clean. Wouldn’t stay again or recommended
