The bathroom had a lot mold on the showerhead. I had to wipe it off before taking a shower. When we left they did not provide our bill receipt. They said Hotels.com has to provide it since we booked with you. Hotels.com has not provided our receipt.

The environment was decent and I was happy with my stay until someone opened my room door twice between 7a-7:15a! Apparently the staff programmed the customers door key wrong and they were able to open my room door. After speaking with the manager, I was told that I would receive 5,000 points to my account (basically a free room), and I have yet to receive any points.
