Property is showing signs of its age.. My sink drain was running extremely slow, the mirror on tha bathroom door had a 4 inch crack and my bed sheets had a hole right below the pillow. But staff was friendly and helpful. Very restful short stay

The hotel is clean and the breakfast was a bit above average with either bacon or sausage on 3 of the 4 days of the stay. The major downside of the hotel was a relatively slow internet connection and the constant noise from the highway approx. 100 yards from the side of the hotel my room was on. Ask for a room on the opposite side if truck and loun speeding cars accelerating is objectionable to sleep or work at the hote.

Very disappointed by the upkeep of the hotel Romm smelled stale, sheets were dirty, hair from previous person still in the bed once i pulled back the covers and sheets. Both bed had black stuff on it. Hair in bathroom, shower curtain was filty,and the air barley working.

One would be hard pressed to find something better for the price. Clean room, comfy bed, had a fridge and microwave - nice. The breakfast was pretty standard, but it was hot and it was free. All in all a good place to stay.

I was charged for parking which is kind of ridiculous! I also asked if I would be able to get a late check out, since the fire alarm went off for a good half hour and we couldn’t fall back asleep. No problem, they said. When I received my bill via text, it stated they had charged me $50! When I asked for the late checkout, I was told there would be no extra charge for the 30 minutes!!!

The room was clean and accomodating. The included breakfast was good and was well rounded with many options including sausage and eggs and several other fresh options. The reason for only two stars was because my guests and I were unable to sleep due to the loud and continuous, very audible noise coming from the room above us. From 9pm and throughout the night until 630am it sounded like a herd of elephants were jumping off the beds and slamming onto the floor. Several complaints were made to the front desk to no avail and we were told it couldnt be resolved because the tenants would not respond to phone calls to their room.

I absolutely loved my stay at this location! The staff were so nice, the room was really clean, had plenty of outlets and the AC worked wonderfully! All of the lights worked and the TV was really good! Location was super close to a bunch of stores and where we were going on our trip! Will absolutely come again!!!

I have never had a bad stay at a La Quinta. They have always been very comfortable and clean with great customer service. When i found there was a La Quinta near where i was traveling to I changed my hotel from staying at the Quality Inn. Now it could have definitely been the location, but I definitely made the wrong decision. Our customer service wasn't bad. However, it didn't feel welcoming. There was another woman who checked in before us. As we were entering the elevator she came off in a rush letting us know they gave her a key to a room that was already occupied. We headed to our room. At first glance it was good. Next thing we know we have someone trying to get in our room. It was the same woman. They had given her key cards to our room. She left the hotel. We were in a rush to get to our event so I didn't take time to examine the room like I normally do. After coming back from our event I started doing a quick exam. I noticed there was a thick pad under the sheet. I thought it was a pee pad in case a kid, or adult, has an accident. I flipped it over and was shocked to find a blood stained mattress that was being covered up by said pad. Rips and stains in the sheets too. I had no words. It was so late and we were very tired. We didn't sleep well and we were on the top of all the covers. In the morning we found more blood spots on the lamp and wall. Sorry La Quinta of Utica I cannot recommend anyone to stay here. I might actually try to get my money back on this one.
