The receptionist wasn't very welcoming. Wasn't very informative. I had to ask what time is breakfast hours or etc. The room we were staying was alright. There were no hand soap or extra towels. The sheet was dirty. I have stayed in many hotels. Got treated way better.

Staff was extremely friendly. Found the room was not that clean. Urine on the back of toilet seat. Mirror was dirty. Elevator was broken. Shower curtain was ripped.

The room was dirty. The staff was nice and friendly. They did the best they could but just the people that stay there.... Very sketchy, a lot of drug addled individuals present at the hotel. I would not stay there again. Next time I would choose a Hilton chain hotel, I assumed that a hotel on Hall road would be sufficient or cleaner. Hotel cleanliness was very low across the facility.

The reviews online do not represent the conditions of the hotel. There were multiple stains and areas of concern once we got to our hotel room. The entire hotel smelled of cannabis, the other guest who were there were screaming and children yelling. The pool area was not clean and gas I don’t even know what floating in it. We checked out within 10 minutes of checking-in. and did not stay at the hotel. The only staff we interacted with was the front desk and he could have cared less about anything.
