My review of this property will be harsh, when I say this place has the potential to a great place to stay, in the parking lot, when I pulled in was what appeared to be a homeless per or hoarder cleaning out their vehicle, which seems like this was the first time in years that happened, but my entire review has a common denominator, that is the house keeping manager needs to be fired to start or retrained, first what happened to the dress code, I should have known the experience what going left when I noticed staff where street PJ’s, flip flops, with rotten teeth, then had the audacity to say to me when I showed her ( Ma. D) one many pictures of a bug on the crime scene mattress, and an unvacuum carpet, she stated yeah you might to find another place to stay. She gave me another room with, spider eggs in corners, mold in the shower tile and black spot on the ceiling. I’m not going to be ungrateful about breakfast, but add a budget for that if you stay there.

Unfortunately we had to switch rooms because one of our beds was “wet” ..Smelled awful and when I brought it to their attention the Manager did not apologize and told us they were over booked and would have to go somewhere else. They were able to give us a different room but it was a very unpleasant experience. Good thing we were only there for 2 nights.

Overall a very nice stay. Staff was very helpful and mostly friendly. Two issues in particular were noticed. 1) many large trucks and vehicles w large trailers in the lot taking up as many as 5-6 parking spaces each made it difficult to find parking on-site when returning late in the evening. 2) the kitchen ran out of milk on Friday very early and instead of sending someone out to buy a gallon they simply said “we’ll have more tomorrow”.

Not impressed

The young man upon check in was very kind. Once getting to my room and checking it out. I found items of trash on the floor in the room and bathroom, broken shower shelf, a very dusty bathroom vent, cigarette smell, ripped sheets and unknown spots on the front of the counter.... great pricing, nice staff, not worth the change from my normal hotel i stay at in the area.

We stayed for almost a week! Room was adequate, kids liked that breakfast was included. Staff was amazing. We had a hiccup with Expedia not booking one of our two rooms, but the hotel staff was able to easily remedy the situation and we didn't pay anything extra.

A perfectly adequate stay

The lobby was clean and inviting. Breakfast was fine—nothing special, but they did change it up slightly each morning and kept the area clean and tidy. The room itself was okay: a bit on the small side, but very clean with comfortable beds. The HVAC worked well and kept things comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, not fancy, but a very adequate and pleasant place to stay.

Our room was dirty and grungy and need of a deep clean. Bedsheets were extremely worn, pilled, and had a few tears in them. Pillows were lumpy. We stayed two nights and our room wasn't re-made between night 1 and 2 - we needed new towels and had to retrieve them from the front desk. We did not have a 'do not disturb' sign present in our room and we were gone from 9am-9pm. Reception staff were pleasant enough however the hotel is in rough condition and does not reflect the 3-star rating they attest to.
