My room had an underlying smell of fish. We contacted the front desk and they came up and sprayed air freshener. When we came back it still smelled like it. Also, there were many holes/rips in the sheets. There were a bunch of little hairs in the shower/tub. The fridge and microwave were not wiped down. The both bath towels had stains on them. We had them re-clean the room but the underlying smell never went away. We needed up checking out after one night I wish they would have refunded the second night. My 8 year old didn’t want to swim in the pool because it was cloudy with stuff all over the pool floor. The front desk said it was just chemicals and that they had been doing construction but didn’t want to close the pool to finish vacuuming it out.

The staff was very nice and everyone around there was so nice. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast choices. I was there for two nights and three mornings and I only got cold/warm sausage the last morning I was there. Maybe more of a choice of fresh fruit ( only Apples were servered.) and more of a meat choice too. Other than that this was an amazing stay. I enjoyed every moment of it. Thank you.

~* THE HOT TUB IS GONE *~ ~* POOL SALTY *~ ~* SMALL FOOD CHOICE FOR BREAKFAST WITH WATERY JUICE*~ ~*water in the tub gets piss water warm on max hot*~ We stayed here before many times, was our favorite spot for many years, that changed this weekend! Stayed for two days and wanted to leave the first night! The pool was so salty didn't stay in long, they also permanently closed the hot tub which was a horrible choice! Then the 2nd night when the kids wanted to swim, the pool was closed with no warning or anything to the guest. The shower temp had to be on full hot and that was even piss warm! The breakfast was very small and not worth your time and my first drink of the day ended up being the most diluted orange juice but hey it zapped me awake! Lol. All in all I've asked for a partial refund for the BS.

Poor management

It seemed that it started real good, but we saw a stain on the bed spread. They didn't have any more of those so we were switched to another room. The next room, i noticed a huge food substance, like an eggroll, on the back of the TV cabinet:i didn't want another change of room so they vacuumed it. Towels had stains like if they don't wash them effectively. To top it all, on our checking out date, the elevators weren't working. The management certainly messed up big time! After my wife and i complained , they said they will give credit compensation for a day's stay in any of their hotels. I'm still waiting for the credits, so I'll update you all.

Great stay

The room I originally booked was too small but the front desk help is by putting us in a room with 2 beds. We left some flowers in the original room and the front desk took them and notified me that they had them. GREAT STAY, GREAT ROOM, GREAT SERVICE, Good breakfast.
