The location was convenient, the property was well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The stove-top operated on a timer that did not display the length of time and gave no warning when turning off the stove top. I would check on my food and the burner had turned off in less than 10 minutes and my food was not cooking. The cleaning people turned down our thermostat from our 77-78 degree setting to anywhere from 60-65, so we walked into a freezing cold room with the AC pumping full force every cleaning day. The cleaning staff also changed where we had the curtains placed, the tilt of the TV, so we had to move those back into place every cleaning day. The cleaning lady even dumped out the coffee I had left in the pot to drink later in the day. That was extremely aggravating, I purchased the coffee, and she has no business throwing it away!
