It's the worst place I've ever stayed. Nothing is good, the breakfast, the rooms are deplorable, the bathrooms don't work, the water taps don't work, everything is terrible.

Bed in room are comfortable and clean although the elevator was not working well and few people, including myself we’re stuck in it. They had to keep resetting it telling us to take 6 to 8 months to get a new one. A little frightening, I guess for people who are claustrophobic.

After the worst travel day of cancelled flights, I booked this hotel to catch a few hours of sleep before my rebooked flight in the morning. However, I haven’t even made it past check in because “the internet is down.” I also can’t have a refund because it’s a “non-refundable reservation.” So now there are three groups of people and counting waiting to check-in with no solution in sight.
