My stay was horrible the room above me was so loud all night I reported it to the front desk and they didn’t stop them. I left at 3:30am because I couldn’t wait until 11:00am checkout

They put in me a room I didn’t reserve, with two double beds. When my key card didn’t work getting in, they put me in a room with 1 king bed, which is what I reserved. But this second room, #316, didn’t have a microwave or mini-fridge. But more frighteningly, it did Not have a smoke alarm! The bare wires were exposed where it should have gone. There was black mold in shower wall and lights above the sink barely worked. The stairs were dirty and lots of trash piled up outside the back exit door.
