Overall we had a great stay! I would give a few suggestions, such as fans in the living area, even with the A/C set low it was stuffy and warm. In the bedrooms, the fan would not run unless the lights were on, again it got hot at night. The lock on the back door was broken, so we could not access the back yard patio. Overall very cute and perfect for our needs!

My family recently had the pleasure of spending several nights at his beautiful property in Fannin County. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the impeccable landscaping that surrounded the property, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful firepit area, which provided the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings in the evening. It was clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into creating this outdoor space, making it an ideal place to gather with friends or family. Inside, the property was equally impressive. The kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality cookware, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. The linens and furnishings throughout the home were of the highest quality, providing both comfort and style. Every detail, from the tasteful décor to the thoughtful amenities, contributed to the overall feeling of luxury and warmth. What truly set this property apart was the fact that it felt like a home rather than a rental. The attention to detail and the care that had been put into making guests feel welcome was evident in every aspect of the property. Our host Rick and Barbi Briscoe were responsive in all of our communications, and it is evident they take great care and pride in making ensuring their home is welcoming to their guest. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in a beautiful setting.

BreAkfast had no dairy products since " the truck didn't come last week". No fruit other than apples and limited other breakfast items. Noise from closing room doors was very noticable. HVAC was quiet.

All employees that we encountered were pleasant, helpful and courteous. Not a single negative encounter while we were there.

Really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Was very comfortable and roomy, plus it was very nice to be able to relax without having to worry about a neighbor right next door. BBQ grill and fire pit were great. Worked out perfectly for our guys weekend/hunting trip.
