We wanted a double bed for a sleepover at Doha airport on 27/28.As bunk bed will not be suitable at our age with medical issues we did not want a bunk bed that required climbing the steps,Based on the photo and description on the web booking page of Expedia we paid a higher fare and reserved the double bed but at Doha airport in the night we were told what is reserved is a small pod with a bunk bed .We feel that for the price paid the allocation was wrong and request a refund .Thank you

I had a single cabin and I am a big chap so once the chair turned into a bed the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Did not like the fact that you had to use the public toilets either so no shower facilities

The staff were very welcoming when we arrived, they even allowed us into our room slightly early which was greatly appreciated after a 16hr flight. Room was basic as expected, but clean. Great for a short stay between flights.

A 9hr layover had my husband and I looking for accommodations since we didn't want to leave the airport at Doha (due to recent events in the city). We booked last minute online and we arrived about half hour early. Both gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly. They called another gentleman who escorted us to our bunkbed pod. It was just big enough for my husband to walk in 😆 I was worried it wouldn't be comfortable for him but he slept like a baby in the bottom bunk and I slept the full 8 hours in my top bunk. AC worked great! The pod was very clean and the beds surprisingly comfortable. My husband thanked me for booking this because we were able to get some sleep before our 8am flight. Will definitely use again should our travels take us here. I read the reviews and info so we already knew there were no showers or toilets but the location is convenient to airport toilets and paid showers.
