When we checked in and there was no mention about services available. We were just handed a sheet of paper to read. Which did not tell us we only had four towels in our room, that our floor was severely scratched up and the mini fridge leaked all over the floor. The gaps in the entry door allow you to see people walking by. (Ours wasn’t the only door like that) If you book just have zero expectations and you’ll be fine.

Decent stay, but dont expect a good breakfast

This was a decent stay, downside were breakfast items werw lacking variety, doors didnt shut well without force and havijf ti pay $1 for a small toothbrush, most hotels give that for free.

The staff was very nice and helpfull. Lobby and rooms were nice. Relatively quite and just a short drive to our destination in Chicago. Will definitely stair here again.

The room smells so stuffy and rusty. The bedsheets are torn, the towels were dirty with black stains. The sink ain’t in the bathroom but close in the bedroom. The TV is old with a bad user experience. They also charge a $50 security deposit which I’m not aware of when booked online. Though, you get your money afterwards. Overall, the place is not a great place for the service rendered. I do not recommend it.

The staff were very nice. The woman who does the breakfast is truly a gem, I would come back and also refer people there. It would’ve been a 5-star but the shower water wasn’t hot at all, but maybe that was my room
