A localização do hotel é excelente para quem quer ficar no centro de Dourados. Anteriormente conhecido como Alphonsus, este foi um dos melhores hotéis na cidade nos anos 80. Mas hoje o hotel parece operar com mínimas atualizações desde seus anos de ouro. As instalações estão velhas e mostram o desgaste. Louça do banheiro encardidas, tampa de vaso solta, chuveiro rosado por falta de limpieza, móveis de mdf esfarelando. O estacionamento também foi um pouco problemático para mim. Localizado do outro lado da rua e com vagas limitadas, não pude estacionar carro ao chegar de noite, e tive que parar na rua. Não seria tanto um problema, exceto que é necessário pagar para estacionar no centro, e não há como pagar de noite. Vehículos estacionados sem o passe são multados a partir das 8.30 da manhã. Por isso tive que levantar mais cedo que planejava lista mover o carro para o estacionamento do hotel, que de manhã já tinha vagas disponíveis novamente. Para ser justo, o hotel ofereceu para eu deixar a chave do carro para um motorista deles mover o carro de manhã. No geral eu só consideraria voltar a me hospedar neste hotel apenas se houver uma renovação completa dia quartos.

Ótima opção no centro de Dourados

O hotel está em reformas, porém ficamos na área já reformada, quarto espaçoso e novo. A localização é excelente, no centro de Dourados. O atendimento e cordialidade tanto da recepção quanto da Senhora do café foram excelentes.

Hotel em reforma

O terraço com a piscina está em reforma há mais de um ano. Fomos tomar chimarrão e fazer fotos e tinham madeiras com pregos empilhadas e muita sujeira de bituca de cigarro no chão. O ar condicionado da recepção e café da manhã estavam estragados e era complicado ficar no saguão devido o calor. Sugiro destacar que o hotel está em reforma,

Péssimo

Se existe hotel pior q esse eu desconheço. Tudo começou quando o ar não estava funcionando e uma demora terrível para resolver, aí só queria tomar um banho não tinha toalhas e o telefone não funcionava para ligar na recepção. TV não funcionava tbm. Tive que descer na recepção duas vezes primeiro atrás do ar, depois atrás de toalha. Chegar para descansar foi difícil/impossivel. Quartos sujos encardidos, lençóis encardidos, cama super dura e no café da manhã tinha morador de rua se servindo(eles entram lá a hora q querem)
