The hotel was like a sauna. I felt no air condition throughout the common area of the hotel. The only portion of the rooms that felt AC was the bedroom. The living room area was always very warm.

The hotel is in a nice location. Lots of shopping and restaurants around within walking distance. Checking in was fast. The room we checked in was right across the elevator, which was a little bothersome due to the noise when the elevator was in use. We booked a non-smoking room but upon entering, the front room with the couch smelled like smoke however, the back room where the double beds were did not smell like smoke. We booked the room for 6 people but there were only 4 towels in the room therefore, we had to call the front desk for more towels. When the maintenance man brought up the towels, we requested a fan as it was extremely hot in our room, he advised us that there were no more fans. He was able to find an extra fan in an empty room and brought it to us. In addition, we had to ring the front desk for extra bed sheets and pillows as there were none for the pull out couch. We were not able to adjust the AC temperature of the room as it was controlled by the hotel. The room was very hot and humid. There was a sliding door in our room that overlooks the parking lot but there were no screen and since we were traveling with kids, we did not risk opening the sliding door. This was a deal breaker so we had to check out early. Management was understanding of the early departure and did provide a partial refund.

No cart were available a check in . My wife is disabled. I am 80 years old man. I had to carry all my luggage plus a cooler and many bags that my wife had, by myself. My stay was for 2 nights. I brought my luggage to the car parked in the parking lot. I proceeded to check out. When I came back to leave I noticed a fresh dent in driver side of my car above my from tire. Oh well! This was not my day.

Labor Day Weekend

We would definitely stay here again. They had fresh eggs and waffles for breakfast, can’t beat that for hotel breakfast. The location was very convenient, the atrium was relaxing and beautiful and the staff were excellent. My only issues were the pool had some weird look to it but was clean, not sure if the chemicals that were used but it was off putting, the room had two TVs and one remote and we were in the corner by the theatre next door so a bit loud.
