For over two years, I have been staying at this property. I was initially assigned my usual room, but was later moved to a noticeably dirtier room where I am expected to stay for 4–5 days. The attitude I received was uncomfortable and unprofessional. On a previous occasion, I was told that because I pay a lower rate, I should expect a lower-quality room. This is disappointing because I like this place, but due to the staff’s attitude and the treatment I received, this will be my last stay.

The night attendant was very rude and the room smelled of cat pee. I told the night attendant about the cat smell and my clean work clothes and other clothes got the smell of cat pee on them and he didn't care. Also hesitated to give me back my $50 deposit
