The lady named Joe at reception was very rude. In morning we ask if there is any charging plug as nothing fits in room. She was very rude and said look on your own, if you don't have right charger don't come to our hotel. We asked not to be disrespectful or we will check out. She was like no one is stopping you. When we went down with luggage she was was like you already cheked out and ask us to leave. When we asked for a refund they said its third party expedia booking so call them and ask them refund. Something wrong with that lady , may she had some personal issue and she took out all anger on us. We just approached her for a help. If she can't ,she would have answered more politely. Never seen this bad customer service at Hilton.
