The room was clean but there were obvious repairs that looked liked they had been done by someone who was very inexperienced. The mattress was very uncomfortable resulting in a very poor night sleep. The carpets looked old and in need of replacement. Parking, check-in and checkout were very easy.

The staff was wonderful and hospitable, but the room was not quite what we had expected. There were long black hairs in our shower, towels and bedding. There were steri-strip bandages in our bedding as well. For the cost of a nights stay, I was not impressed.

The hotel was, clean and just right for the area. I went to TD garden to watch a Bryan Adams concert. Thank you Expedia for always reaching my expectations. The only down side to this hotel is… they charge my card for a hold amount of $100 us and that was not mentioned. However l hope they do take the courtesy to lift that hold and refund me. Overall this is a good hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast is good, but we had to run out for coffee every morning as the coffee in the hotel was below our standards. Only 1 elevator was working which caused traffic jams at peak periods.

We booked a room late at night after our air b&b fell through. Ash at the front desk was so welcoming, friendly, and positive when we were all a little weary. She helped turned our moods around and got us into our room quickly. The room comfortably accommodated the 5 of us. We appreciated having a free breakfast the next morning as well.
