The room next to me was noisy. I called front desk twice in the middle of the night. Come morning checking out,I try to speak to a manager. No Manager was on site in short no one did anything.

Only downside, was that both rooms we stayed in 401 & 603 (both sofa beds were super uncomfortable to "sit" on. The section that pulls out for bed "sinks" to the floor when you sit on it. Its about a half foot height difference for the regular seat height and doesn't provide any firmness to the sofa) Other than that the elevators are super fast/clean, hallways are nice and wide. Breakfast provided ran out of food after about 8:30-9 during Saturday and Sunday "convention guests"?

Felt top tier and like we were in a luxury apartment complex with a 5star dinning. Staff was amazing friendly and professional. Only thing was breakfast was not on equal footing as the restaurant.
