Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good breakfasts. Uber recognizes it as a Holiday Inn, not Hampton Inn, but they still picked us up and dropped off just fine. The only complaint I have is the road noise from Burbank Blvd. It was so loud overnight, it was like the window was open but it was definitely closed.

I booked thinking it was an upscale hotel in a nice area. It’s the only nice building in the area. I couldn’t even walk my dog without being harassed by homeless and randoms. The staff were amazing, I mean they did everything they could to help guests I saw and even accommodated me. If it was a pure staff review 11/10. Unfortunately what got me was the first room I checked into reeked of marijuana and had the next room over blasting music through my wall. I asked for a change of room and they readily helped. Again, unfortunately the next room I got was right underneath what seemed to be a family. Their children or whoever was above me stomped so loud I thought they were shoving their elbow down purposely. It wasn’t light thumps. It was loud aggressive bangs. I tried to blast my tv to dull out the sound and even had headphones on but nothing helped. It would start at 6-7am and would not stop the entire day. Thankfully one day I was out the entire day but the following morning during check out it lasted all the way until 11. When I got back at 1am, still banging, I barely slept because of it and I drove 6 hours being unbelievably tired. The room was okay, not very modern and seemed very 2000’s. It was clean as I didn’t see anything dirty. Breakfast wasn’t at all very good and they had extremely limited options. I thought I’d eat breakfast there before going out but the most of it was barely any good. But it’s included so what do you expect.

Reservamos este hotel para ir a Universal Studios. Incluye desayuno desde las 6am y eso nos facilitó llegar temprano al parque. Cuentan con estacionamiento pagando 15dlls por noche. Y 150 dlls de deposito. Si recomiendo. Habitación limpia, agua caliente. Incluye amenidades como shampoo, jabon, corporal, toallas, plancha, secadora. En general, buen hotel.

the rooms were very clean and kept up. Staff was very friendly and especially we enjoyed to speak with the staff. Rodrigo was very friendly and answered any questions we had!! Emily was very particular and kept all of the downstairs extremely clean. She also helped me and was very friendly! The food buffet was extremely clean and the food was very good to start the day ......We will return when we come back to LA........thank you susan

I arrived late, after the 4 p.m. check-in time. However, the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a scorching evening in North Hollywood, so the front desk person assigned me a lower floor room, claiming it was cooler. However, this was an accessible room, which I usually accept. However, this room was severely lacking in furniture. The bed was low to the ground, and the ironing board was tiny for someone in a wheelchair. It was quite challenging! Since I was only there for a night, I endured it.
