The location is convenient and has many restaurant options in walking distance. However, room needs to be updated. Toilet paper roller was loose. They mistakenly put lotion instead of conditioner in the shower. Tissue holder was loose. When we asked cleaning person for more towels, that person rejected. Drinks in the bar was tasteless...

La struttura e senz'altro datata e per questo camere e bagni non sono il massimo della funzionalità, ma la pulizia é buona. L'aspetto vintage delle sale comuni potrebbe anche avere un suo fascino, ma l'atmosfera è rovinata dalla scarsa gentilezza e disponibilità del personale alla reception. L'esperienza è stata non piacevole con ciascun addetto a cui ci siamo rivolti per avere le più semplici informazioni, in un caso l'impiegata é stata addirittura indisponente. Infine sulla proposta Expedia non era chiaro che l'area benessere fosse a pagamento e l'utilizzo gratuito del wifi limitato a un solo dispositivo.

Breakfast is excellent! Very convenient & walkable to Altstadt and Neumarkt. Mostly are friendly, except the receptionist guy when I was checking in. I didn't get his name. I was so tired, travelled 8 hrs & he wasn't so friendly & accomodatibg. I felt as if he wanted to get rid of me quickly! However, checking out is excellent. The lady was very helpful. It was my first time visiting Dresden & I really like it. It's magnificent!
