The check in was quick and the front desk staff was kind. Half of the hotel was renovated and half was not. We were assigned to a room on floor 4 which was not renovated yet. The room was clean but outdated. Our heat also was not working very well. It was a chilly night, so this was disappointing. We received two free drinks per adult at the bar, which was nice. We used the pool for a few and that was also clean. We wish there would have been a jacuzzi, but it looks like they removed it. Overall we were pleased.

The morning staff that checked me out couldn't figure out the billing. They double charged me and said they refunded their mistake. The charges fully processed but the refunds disappeared. I effectively paid double. Both times I called about this situation I was met with extremely rude staff. I ended up disputing the double charges with my bank because the staff was rude and not helpful. (one of which was the 50.00 "incidentals" deposit which is standard to get cancelled was fully charged for no reason). My kids actually enjoyed the stay which stinks because I will now never return to this location. I do not recommend this establishment.
