Go to Ireland!

It is a very great location, especially next to Heuston Station. You can also go right across the street and take bus 99 to the end and see a small castle. That was cool. Heuston Station goes everywhere! The food at Ashling is so good, and the front desk staff is awesome.

Nice hotel but night staff need customer training

Check in was quick, however on check in I was quoted €16 pp for breakfast if we booked before midnight, but when I went to book it when I returned to the hotel later that night, I was told that I was wrong and couldn’t have been told that information and that it was €18.50, which is an extra €10 for us. I stated I was told €16 and was told “I know the hotel policy and it is €18.50”. Not even acknowledging what I was told and made feel as if I was the one who made the error. The Night staff could use some customer service training.

Conveniently located next to the Dublin Heuston train station, there is easy access to public transit within Dublin or getting to other towns across the country. Upscale hotel, comfortable spacious room, friendly and welcoming staff. Great water pressure in the shower and appreciated kettle in the room and the water refill stations throughout the hotel. This was my mother's favorite hotel during our week-long vacation in Ireland!

Excellent Hotel for a City Break!

This hotel was an excellent choice for our family holiday. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotless and comfortable throughout with very spacious, tastefully decorated rooms. One short Luas ride to the city centre and a leisurely walk to the Phoenix Park, I highly recommend the Ashling Hotel.

Service unparalled at Ashling Hotel

We had unparalleled service at Ashling, staying there on and off for six days as we also visited other countries. All of the staff were wonderful, but particularly Ricardo and Nacho. If we could bottle their kindness and enthusiasm to help, we would be so lucky. They had us staying in the Family Room which was spacious, incredibly comfortable beds and clean. The water bars on the 1st and 5th floors wee key. We loved our home away from home, Ashling in Dublin.
