The room was nice and the front desk staff was good but we waited for well over an hour for the shuttle which had broken down. It would have been nice if they explained the situation when we called. The driver who did come to pick us up was fantastic

This was an okay place to stay for 1 night during our layover, but i wouldn't go out of the way to stay here. The staff, however, was very friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with their provided shuttle and they reimbursed us for uber/taxi fees.

We stayed for the same reason most stay, apparently. We traveled back to Dublin from Bunratty for an early flight. The restaurant was good in the hotel, and we got a good night's rest before a pleasant shuttle ride to the airport. The Shuttle backed up almost to the main door of the hotel, and got us to the airport in plenty of time.

The staff was great. Very helpful with suggestions of places of interest. Rooms comfortable. Dining experience offered a variety of options and prices were reasonable. The shuttle to the airport was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The driver was absolutely wonderful. He was pleasant and friendly. I feel he went above and beyond in helping us with luggage and getting us to the airport.

This hotel is perfect for anyone traveling to/from/through Dublin. The hotel staff are all terrific -- front desk, shuttle drivers and restaurant/bar employees. I felt safe and the room was really nice. I'll definitely stay there again and tell friends/family to consider it as well.

This is my first time in this hotel and it didn't disappoint. A shuttle service to/from the airport, a very convenient location to quickly return to the airport, clean and spacious suites and, above all, an efficient and kind service from the personnel. Kudos to Diana from the front desk.

The TV only work from connecting to your phone and BlueTooth, however, as far away from the center of the hotel as we were, we had zero internet access. Two individuals at the facility were unable to fix this problem. Gratefully, we only were over-nighting to return to the airport. The shuttle was free! And hotel was at the end of the bus line, that was helpful.

Perfect for an airport stopover

A clean and modern hotel a short drive from Dublin Airport. Friendly and helpful staff on reception and in the restaurant. Food and drinks are reasonably priced in the restaurant and we enjoyed our meal. Shuttle bus drivers were prompt and chatty and drove us with care. I was a little concerned that the hotel seems to have 24 hour security guards at the entrance. Whilst this is obviously a positive step to keep the building and customers safe, it did make me a little anxious. Perhaps this is standard for a hotel in a capital city but not something ive come across before

The room was super clean! One shortcoming was that there was neither a mini-fridge nor an ice machine available. There are many reasons that guests may need to keep something cool, so I wish you'd reconsider that decision. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be good. Our server seemed a bit overwhelmed and made some mistakes at various tables. I'm not sure if she was given too many tables, or what the problem was, but she was struggling a bit and it affected the experience. The neighborhood didn't seem very good, but we didn't go out walking, so we felt comfortable and safe enough.
