Very disappointed!!!!
The hotel was undergoing redevelopment and we were not advised prior to arrival, thus removing our opportunity to consider an alternative venue
The staff advised that it was on the hotel website and I advised that we booked through a third party, so they should have ensured that we were had been advised prior to arrival
They did not want to accommodate our concern (that was arriving at a Hilton Hotel with great expectations, and being deflated by what they were presenting) when raised and offered a token gesture of a drinks voucher
Communication is key!!!!
I note other Hotels.com and other booking platform users have noted the same concerns about this hotel
