Hotel 7 is a mixed bag. The place is full of tour groups, which makes especially the breakfast (which for the price could be better) very inconvenient. The rooms are "cosy" indeed, i.e. very small. The beds are fine, albeit very short foe a 180cm person. Room was pretty chilly and the heating made no difference. Hot water pressure was very low.

Excellent stay

The hotel is amazing. It is nicely located next close to the center. The room was very spacious with a nice bathroom. Beds were super comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant twice and it was delicious as well as breakfast which was also amazing. What was most striking are the decorations. There was such attention to detail in all the colors and furniture. It made us feel really welcomed and comfortable. It was very pleasant.

Rooms are small, our view was at roof level of ac/ heating units. Area immediately outside of this hotel is deteriorating…. Once inside, things are fine. Not an area you feel comfortable walking at night.

Nice hotel! A little more old-school / old fashioned, definitely a hotel I would book for my boomer parents (not a dig, this is just more they're style!) This hotel is in a more residential neighborhood so if you're looking for somewhere super quiet, and are ok with walking or talking public transit to find the action in Dublin I would reccomend this hotel. We stayed here on the last night of our trip so it was perfect for us. Our window overlooked part of the roof and there were multiple cats hanging out there!! Was a most welcome sight.

Hotel was amazing, only downside was the lack of parking. I had the misfortune of getting my hire car clamped which was my own fault but free parking facilities would have been beneficial.
