Had a very comfortable stay, breakfast was excellent and special mention of vanessa in the resturant who was very helpful during breakfast in getting us a table even tho it was very busy. All the staff were very plesant . Only complaint is that i thought the pillows were a bit on the hard side. Fantastic hotel and close to temple bar tho which is five minutes walk away.

I had checked in online. Check in is 3 pm and I arrived and my room was not ready. I stored my bags and went for a walk. I was supposed to get an email to tell me my room was ready but got nothing. I returned arroud 4 pm and got a room. Everything was good with my room. The bed was nice and there was a desk and a chair plus storage space and a safe. The bathroom was clean and had a nice toilet and shower. I liked my room and it was nice and roomy. Then in my third morning there was a fire alarm in the morning that woke me and other people in the floor. People got out of their rooms trying to find out what it was. The alarm lasted for a while. Then it stopped. Nothing was said or anything. No sign at the lobby saying what happened. Later when I asked I was told that someone burned something in the kitchen. Other than that my stay was a pleasant one.
