Location was fantastic, a short walk to many things. Room was okay, bedding was good, shower was nice. Staff not so friendly - at check in wasn't welcomed, tried using a free table in the lobby for a quick bite and was told it was not allowed which is fine, however the tone was not necessary. Rarely water in the lobby for guests. Our last two nights they were laying down new carpet on our floor, which is a nice upgrade, just messy. Feel like they trying to be better, I think a nicer lobby staff would go a long way.

Fresh water in lobby was a nice touch Enjoyed my stay. Room was nice. Church bells rang all the time. Didn’t bother us but if you are a light sleeper, this could be a problem. Windows were open because no air conditioning. I would stay again.

Extremely uncomfortable.

There is no air conditioning it doesn't work but apparently there are fans available we asked at the reception he said he will ask housekeeping for one we waited about an hour and a half we heard nothing so we went down he said "oh eh there is none". You can't sleep with the window open it's that loud outside with the Church bells sirens and misses every 15 minutes you either don't sleep due to noises or try and suffer the head and keep waking up. The beds are rock solid as are the pillows I have never seen a hotel to have such an uncomfortable bed. As for House keeping our bed was made but the old towels left there was no toilet paper and they didn't add any either they simply made a bed took the bin and left. Why did they bother coming into our room if they didn't do housekeeping?

Great place to stay!

The view from the hotel was amazing! Everything is within walking distance so save on cabs and do a walk about! Bar food was good but nothing to write home about. Doors are really hard to close, really loud!!!

Nice hotel and location

Room was very nice but sadly the air-con wasn't working and asked reception for a fan but never got one delivered to our room which is why I had to give a 4 star review

The parking complex was horrid to park in as turns were very tight. There is also no AC in the rooms but they are going to be upgrading that. Otherwise. The hotel was great and breakfast was AMAZING. Would stay again.
