Perfect location to walk and see the city of Dublin. We were able to go to multiple sites from the hotel without taking taxis. Room was nice for 3 of us. Always kept clean. Breakfast has much variety but not complimentary, so plan ahead. Would stay here again!

There was a loud pipe noise every hour at night - maybe air in the pipes and it would make a clunky sound. Very annoying and difficult to sleep well.

The night we checked in, we had to change rooms 3 times. At 12:30 AM and 2 hours later we finally had a room with working lights and an A/C that worked. The next day the A/C in this room also stopped working. We got by for another night on two fans as we were tired of moving.

When we checked in no one mentioned we were getting a room with no AC, I asked for a room with AC and was told they were all booked and would be placed on a list to be moved on our second night. We got a room with AC on night two and the next day the AC was not working…they offered to get us another fan not another room. I told them I was not sleeping in a room again with no AC like night one and could not even open the windows for fresh air. We were moved again…three nights…three rooms. The hotel breakfast and restaurant was great, the location was great.

The location is great — walkable to restaurants and major attractions. However, our first room had no air conditioning, and we were told to open the windows, which let in a lot of noise from the street and nearby church. Most of us have allergies, and the poor air circulation made things worse. When we raised the issue, one staff member was unhelpful, but thankfully, the manager Vanessa was very professional and accommodating. She resolved the issue and offered us complimentary breakfast. A rough start, but it ended on a better note.

Great place and in a great location for Dublin. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The only thing I’ll suggest to people booking is to bring hair conditioner along with you if you use is as the hotel does not provide any.
