My stay was pleasant, the service at check in was excellent however the length of time it took for me to actually get my room was very off putting. I want to stress however this was not the fault of the agent helping me. She also was extremely kind to comp free breakfast for me to apologize for the delay. The room was clean and comfortable, though the paint was scuffed extensively on the bathroom door and the air conditioning was not on in the room already leading to the room feeling stuffy and "Dead" Once I rectified the air conditioning it was extremely pleasant.

This hotel is in a great location, very central. The staff were lovely! Pros about the room - it was very clean and fresh looking. It had a fridge and ironing board, plenty of hooks and coat hangers and good tea/coffee options. Cons about the room - the bed was small, not very comfy and the pillows were lumpy. The walls are a bit thin so not great if you are a light sleeper. I would expect a better quality bed and pillows for the price you pay for the hotel.

It’s a newer hotel and was sufficient but pillows are too hard Liked having a small fridge in the room Soap dispensers were a little troublesome Had to leave early so I missed the breakfast but was provided with a take away option
