Quaint, quiet and beautiful views of the countryside of Ireland! The staff were so kind and considerate of any requests or needs! We really enjoyed our stay as it was a nice spot of reclusion after going off to Dublin to explore which was much busier! Definitely book your stay here if you enjoy staying in a Manor that takes you back in time!

Clean, quiet and old school, but out of the way

Stay at the hotel is ideal. Relatively near the airport if you have a rental car. Old style hotel and not too busy. Menu was basic and had enough to satisfy everyone. Bar was good. Checkin was fast and no issues. Check out the same. As for the room ii stayed in a very big room with a dible and single bed. Very comfortable, slept very well and had no issues. The room and bathroom was clean. Old style but charming. Overall i would recommend the hotel based on it style and comfort, and very importantly it is quiet, especially for those who want a good night's sleep before travelling. Only one disadvantage of this place is it location to other services, only ideal if who are travelling by car.

Good Room, Disappointing Food Offering

The room was absolutely fine, but the food offering was poor. The bar menu had no vegetarian or vegan options, so i had to eat out (which was good, because i found a pub in the town with a great selection of vegan food). I didn't eat breakfast because the hotel information said it wasn't available until 07:30, which is rather late for people staying on business. I had to leave by 07:30, but when i handed my key back to reception i saw people already sat eating. The hotel needs to be much clearer about its breakfast offering.

We thought we would be in the hotel but our room was actually in the outbuildings, which were in fact quite charming. The room was clean and bright with everything we needed. The furniture was a little dated but solid. It was very nice and we would recommend it to anyone. We would definitely go back.

No water at the hotel. No washing/shower facility or toilet facility. It seems the hotel knew this would occur but did not inform us (we would have moved to a different location which had the basic toilet and washing facility). I do expect there will be a significant reduction in cost for our stay at the hotel.

I would have loved a fridge and microwave in my room Or access to one The manor is stunning. All the animals were fun. I was disappointed that the recent storm left the garden closed during our stay. I was looking forward to seeing the gardens
