The staff on arrival and throughout our stay were so welcoming and helpful. The room was stunning and clean.The little welcoming touches were so kind and thoughtful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Dublin and will be recommending to friends and family.

We loved everything about the hotel. The staff were lovely, totally helpful in every way. We had stayed in the sister hotel before, and it was lovely too. Our capital city has great hotels, and we would definitely give this too ratings for sure.

Staff v helpful, lovely rooms. Breakfast on Sunday until 10:30 which is ok, so we came to have breakfast at @ 10:15 but asked to have table cleared by 10:30. Otherwise a great place to stay

Everything was great from the check in staff, to the room and the breakfast and dining room. The room is stylishly decorated and the bathroom is large with walk-in shower. Th staff were lovely. 4pm check in way too late if your travelling over from ok on early flight it’s tiring and to not be able to have access to a room is not great. Hotel room a bit tired, some weird glue type substance on bedside table, tea and coffee very basic, not the best room overlooking some weird car park area. Exterior of hotel very pretty and communal areas also nice.
