Great staff and good hotel. Not too big. Nicely laid out. Stayed one night and headed off to the airport. Airport express leaves from just around the corner. Iveagh park around the corner is lovely too

The temperature in the room was unbearable and warm. The underfloor heating made the tiles hot and there was no way to cool the temp of the room as the aircon unit didn’t seem to work. Could not sleep as a result. Spoke to the hotel manager and he promised to contact me the same day but has not. Awful experience..

This was a beautiful hotel. Our room was big and spacious, as well as the bathroom. Location was great, conveniently located to Saint Stephen’s Green, shopping and to the Luas tram stop. Bar had delicious cocktails! But our room AC did not work which was disappointing. Our room was located right on the street and it was very noisy with cars, pedestrians all night long! The bathroom was very big but no convenient storage. No shelves or towel hooks for toiletries, etc. And no electrical outlet in bathroom for blow dryer, etc. Overall hotel was very nice but small inconveniences contributed to a frustrating stay and sleepless nights.

It was noisy outside the room from the train. The shower drain backed up. In room and ala carte coffee was limited or unavailable. Overall for the price we were disappointed.

Classy, Beautiful Hotel with Outstanding Service

Beautiful hotel from the lobby to the room to the restaurant/bar. Great location. Excellent service all the way around. Lovely outdoor patio attached to the restaurant. Spacious room. The only downfall is the temperature control in the room. We had warm, sunny spring days during our visit and the room was a bit humid. Everywhere else in the hotel was cool but our room and our friends’ room were warm and humid and we could find no way to control the temperature. Other than that, our stay was a 10 out of 10.

Very good hotel in walking distance of the city centre. Rooms were spotless. Only down side is our room was on the side of the hotel that backed on to another hotel with an outside pub/club that was very noisy until midnight
