Floor in room was dirty, bathroom poorly ventilated. No food service; had to walk to nearby Circle K or Kwik Trip convenience stores, or the Burger King next door for food. The restaurant next to this hotel is only open until 3:00 and has long lines all day. Quite inconvenient.

Nothing unique about the property or the area, which is somewhat run down. No food service at hotel; restaurant next door is only open until 3 p.m. and has long waiting lines all day. Had to walk to the Circle K and Kwik Trip convenience stores or Burger King nearby to find something to eat. Floors in room were dirty!

The front desk staff was kind, but as soon as we trued to enter the building our ket card didn't work only to realuze the outside door was broken and anyone could enter. The hallways smelled of stale smoke and marijuana. The cover blankets were stained and not sure if they were actually clean. We left shortly after arrival. Very sad because i had stayed there years ago after the renovations and it used to be a very nice place. That has changed. 😞

Staff were very helpful and professional and over-all general impression was good. However the cleaning left something to be desired (shower tub needed some more cleaning and floor could've been swept better). That being said, it still felt more than adequate. The 1-inch gap under the main door is an odd choice, though.

The property was good but the entrance/inroad was terrible with huge and deep potholes. Signage, particularly indication as to office location, was not very good.
