There was a snow storm. Thats what kept us in Duluth, at Dr.app next morning the man deck person shovel around our car. Thats helping people. Rate a 10.

The property was very convenient for my purposes. But my room was by a door that was used a lot during the night and appeared to be the area that people smoked in as my room smelled of smoke often.

There are lots of good breweries and little restaurants within walking distance, located right off one of the main highways into Duluth so it was super easy to locate. There was also a nearby gas station that was convenient for snacks and gas!

I was on the ground floor. The room was quite large. The moment I entered the building it reeked of pot all throughout the hallways. Front desk staff was kind. The view out my window was of the hvac. It was kind of noisy.

Check in Washington smooth. Arrived at our room and the toilet seat was warm with the fan running, obviously someone had just used it... Went to use the bathtub and had to wash dried blood out first. Have stayed here many times for a quick cheap sleep, this trip was something else

Great value, good location in Duluth, fabulous breakfast and lunch restaurant next door. It was a bit noisy (other rooms) but still tolerable. I’d recommend this hotel to others.
