The lounge bar was good for drinks ,but food eg snacks were below what we’ve experienced in other hotels like the Sheraton. A very special to Fabian thyssen who went out of his way to recognise our joint birthdays on Boxing Day . Also he was definitely the most efficient in the executive lounge .

Excellent venue for visiting all the attractions in Berlin. The staff in the hotel were all friendly and especially the team at reception. The concierges were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was tidy and cozy. The bathroom seemed somewhat outdated but acceptable. We enjoyed a lovely view from our window. However, on the day of check-out, we noticed construction work happening in the room above us. If we had stayed longer, this might have been problematic. The staff were very accommodating, and we could store our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after checking out.

We arrived late in the evening and Jose and the rest of the staff was very accommodating and considerate. The variety and quality of the food for breakfast was excellent. We will stay at this hotel the next time we come to Berlin.
