Our door latch was broken. Anytime we opened it, it would move in and out on the bottom. The toilet flusher handle would keep running water unless we put it back up. Lastly, the TV would NOT allow us to use our firestick or sign in on Wi-Fi. We had a horrible cheap remote which was weird because we have stayed here many times and never had that remote or issues with the firestick/Wi-Fi. I want to watch my firestick and/or be able to sign in on my apps to watch my shows and not being able to almost makes me not want to stay again. I like upgrading to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, i like the parking, i like the price, and i love being able to pay for late check-out til 3. I just really want to be fully comfy and being able to use my firestick is comfy. We spent HOURS trying to get it to work but when the firestick would be on the volumn was on 1000 and there was absolutely NOTHING you could do about it. The cheap remote they gave us controlled nothing but the TV. We couldnt even click Apps because there was no "OK" or arrow buttons. It was frustrating. With people staying long-term, they should make those TVs and remotes more flexible. I had to look up ways getting around their WiFi just to connect the firestick but it didnt matter because the volumn was SO LOUD it was like the TV was about to blow all speakers. Other than the TV issues, I would come back. Please FIX this. I stay here everytime i come to Bmore and this is a HUGE issue for me.

The cable TV in our suite wasn’t working and when I asked the front attendant, could we change to another room that did have TV? They said he couldn’t do that but then also they did not get the room with the cable fixed till the day. I was actually leaving so that was useless to me and that being a Thanksgiving holiday not having streaming channels sucked a lot because I had kids with me who were very bored because they used to watching Netflix or being able to watch YouTube and they couldn’t because the TV wasn’t working fully

The property is in a really nice area and close to everything. BUT the hotel needs some upgrades, the hallway carpet needs a deep clean or be replaced. The hallway either smelled of urine or weed.... The elevator sounded like parts were falling off, scary. The breakfast was horrible stayed for 4 days it was the same everyday, the second day til departure the food items once gone wasn't replenished.

When I got there, my initial room was not cleaned, the second room offered was cleaned but had an odor, the front desk worked hard to accommodate me and finally found a room i could stay in. Once I was settled in, I was able to enjoy my stay.

The lack of cleaning in the room. Upon arrival the pull out couch was broken and had dirty clothes and wash cloths in it from the previous customers. It was nights I came in late from work and had to go and get wash cloths and towels just to be told they didn’t have anymore. I would have to come back the next morning. The disappointing part, I had to be up usually by 6am to get ready to be at work in Baltimore city by 8am. The breakfast wasn’t that great due to the fact it was dry turkey sausage every other day and then Ham or Canadian bacon on other days. Please include reg bacon and sausage. Then the ultimate issue came while I was outside walking my children around and getting fresh air. It was an entire drug bust and police bombarding someone’s car. It’s young fellas walking around in the late hour selling drugs it seems and some level of prostitution. The police officer asked me my room number and how long be stayed here. I answered of course but he said he would advise me to get the hell away from this place. If it wasn’t for the great customer service of the young ladies that work the front the desk and the kindness of the young lady in charge of breakfast I would have give the place a complete zero. I don’t feel safe at all and I have 2 more nights that are no refundable.
