This hotel is closed due to Covid-19 but they still accept bookings and you cant even get a refund.

We arrived friday afternoon. We were placed on the third floor. We booked 2 rooms which we expected to be placed close /next or opposite each other but that was not the case.
The lifts were not working and when we asked when are they going to be fixed the lady lied to us and said on that same friday which it never happened until we checked out the next monday. What irratated us was that there was no one to help us the guest with the laggages, we had to carry them to the third floor ourselves.
On Saturday we went out and when we came back at night
I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. My first impression when I got there is that the place is in disrepair. Tiles missing from walls, only one elevator working, dirty couches as you enter the lobby, etc.. My experience of the room was also not good, there was no toilet paper in the room, there was smelly rotten water in the kettle, it smelled of smoke and the carpet was very dirty.
The staff is friendly, but the building is in need of maintenance and and a deep clean.
It was disappointing to say the least. The last time we went there the service was impeccable. This time around the we asked to change a room as the balcony door couldn't lock so we had to wait for the maintenance guy to come in the following afternoon. The carpets have stains on them, the outside balcony was layered with dust and so where the curtains. They only gave us one set of one set of moisturisers when we where there. The food was a mish mash of slop. Only saving grace is the kind and patient front desk staff and the maintenance guy.
It looked like it was under construction, it looked nothing like the pictures. The aircon in our room was not working and we were booked in a superior room facing the sun, so it was hot.
All rooms should have bar fridges so the visitors don't have to ask for ice at reception. The shower has no hot water at all or takes. Long for hot water to heat up.
