There were ants around the bathtub and on the bed when we woke up. The molding by the bathtub was broken and lifting off of the floor. Informed the front desk. She was very friendly. Not sure if anything will get done about it as we are checking out of that room today. It is room 139.

Quite and clean place to stay. The King Bed and Sofa suite is very spacious. A carwash is right across the street.

In need of upgrading but very friendly

Economically feasible compared to area rates and great customer service; however the breakfast each morning left a lot to be desired. We questioned whether the eggs were real unfortunately ; they didn’t have much flavor. There were not a lot of variety items for breakfast. The breakfast area for seating was very cramped and not comfortable for eating outside of my hotel room. The elevators were a bit creaky. The baggage carts had no hooks up top for hanging bags. The hotel needs to be updated overall. The staff however behind the front desk was stellar!

The room was clean and orderly, and the staff was helpful. However, the breakfast was subpar with not many options, and they ran out of muffins and bagels by 9am (they served until 9:30am). The food was ok and am glad they had something for us to eat.

This Comfort Inn & Suites does not know what handicap acceptable means. The bed was about 18 inches from the floor in one room. The other handicap room was at the end of an extremely long hallway. Both showers allowed water to pool on the floor.

It would have been an overall five stars but on multiple occasions there wasn’t hot water. And this was at times when water usage couldn’t have been that high. If we hadn’t sprung for the jacuzzi option maybe it wouldn’t have been a big deal but we couldn’t use it when we wanted to. Otherwise it was great.
