room was disgusting, felt like it has not been cleaned properly in a long time,windows were filthy, dining table not wiped down properly, bathroom shower floor had black scum in the grouting everywhere, this has not been cleaned properly in months or years. There was hair on the couches the skirting boards have thick dust all throughout everywhere. We booked 3 apartments they were all the same. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

The entire apartment was filthy. The sheets had not been washed, food and dirty. Finger marks all over the fridge and light switches and glass table. Huge puddles of water on bathroom floor. When I spoke to receptionists both days they just said sorry I'll pass it on. No compensation for staying in filth. Would never go back and do not recommend. As well as no wifi or Internet, I'm sure a back packers would be more comfortable.

Very impressed- the room was a good size for the 4 of us with the 2 bedrooms spaced nicely apart so we didn't disturb the kids and they didn't disturb us. Although we didn't use it- there was a reasonable kitchen with everything that would be needed. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom. Balcony was a good size and facing the Yarra with good views of the activities going on there of an evening. Nearby to services and activities and a quick walk from the train. Also felt quite safe because of the process to get in the building. Would certainly consider staying again.

We were happy with the apartment and the secure parking was excellent. We did find it a bit noisy with the tram and rail but it did not stop us getting a good nights sleep. We would definitely stay there again as it was so convenient to everywhere.

The room was great.Staff friendly and helpful and I was really impressed by them. Location is awesome. Only complaint was the street noise at times. Stayed on the 20th floor but in the bedroom at times was loud. But overall a great place to stay.
