Close to Southern Cross station. 24 hr reception this the ability to hold our bags until check in. No problems with access and good for a short stay. Only negative is that the apartment needed a more thorough clean. Smudges and splashes in high traffic areas of the room, very dusty skirtings, balcony had hair trimmings all throughout.

The view is excellent. The room itself is quite nice albeit a fairly small space. The bathroom is tiny; very underwhelming for the price range. The room was very hot overnight with no temperature control available. Our stay was comfortable enough.

Modern, clean and conveniently located accommodation. It is in a slightly noisy part of town, but if you are on one of the higher levels should not be a problem. Staff friendly and close to many restaurants including Southbank.

The bedroom was a long way away from hearing and it was a cold night. The bedroom window didn't seem to seal closed properly therefore there was outside noise. The bed only had one light duvet inner, I added the second light duvet inner but remained cold so I ended up taking the sheets and one inner to the lounge and sleeping on the couch which wasn't ideal but I was warm with the heat pump on low
