Having stayed at the Ruby Luna several times we always comment on its ideal location for people who are working at the Messe as it is a short train journey away, also it is a nice short walk to the old town and riverbank with all that it offers .Good brekky,and great vibe created by motivated staff .Rooms fine with good walk in shower.

Room was very comfortable and bed was one of the best we’d slept in. Rooms were basic but had everything you needed for a short stay. Very clean with fab toiletries and little extras. The only thing I’d say is that the bathroom door could be a little more private due to its transparency when the light is on. Could maybe do with a curtain over it like the shower. Not a great problem as we got used to it but if you like your privacy then it’s something I think guests should be aware of. The location of the hotel was fabulous. Quiet but very central for everything. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Bar area was lovely and kept very neat and clean. We would certainly stay there again.

Das Zimmer war sauber, ich konnte auch bereits früher einchecken wrüber ich sehr froh war. Man kann das Zimmer komplett verdunkeln was mir einen ungestörten Schlaf geliefert hat. Es war auch ruhig obwohl ich eins hatte das zur Straße rausgeschaut hat. Alles in allem genau wie beschrieben und Tip top.

Just a bit weird: no light switch for main lights in the room, had to take out the key card, no coffee, no ironing board, slippers or robe. Seemed a bit strange for the highest priced room with two Marshall amplifiers and a glass shower. People were friendly and helpful and the vibe is cool though.

We loved our say. Staff always friendly & helpful, Comfortable lounge, nice bedroom with good views. 15 minutes walk from main station; could easily have used public transport, but preferred to walk. Very convenient for the Altstat and all the xmas markets. Also within a short walk to the Turm and the Hafen
