Wouldn’t stay again.

We were there for my oldest daughter’s wedding. We were without water for hours on one of the days we were there. When we entered our room there was an awful smell. The hotel staff was very nice.

Staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the noise from the adjoining room. We hear the TV very clearly the entire 1st night next door. The second night people came in at 3:30 Am amd we heard them clearly as well. I dont think the 2nd night they were purposly being loud. Just thin walls i guess.

Needs work.

It was clean. Except wrappers in the closet and the pull-out couch was dirty and unmade. As well as gross under the couch. The air filters were nasty coated with dog hair and just hadn't been cleaned. Windows dont open at all for fresh air. Usually the heating system has a fan to run on constant to block out noises to be able to sleep...this did not. Long night. Breakfast was great.

This was a last minute reservations so there were plenty of available rooms, a weeknight and the parking lot was not overly crowded. With that, they place me on the first floor beside a dog and toddler. The other side was laundry😡😡. Far from quiet. The rooms are big and spacious but the bed lamps and headboard were very dusty. The breakfast had zero fruit. Not even a banana. Overall the stay was a disappointment and lack of sleep.

Good place to stay

Checkin was easy. The king room didn’t have as large of a bathroom vanity as the room in January. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was very good. Hard to put make up on in the bathroom with small area to set makeup down. Chair and desk would have been ok but no mirror there. Location was right off the elevator which was great

Available for a last minute booking, which was incredible for us after getting out of a snow storm. The cookies at the front desk greeted by a kind host, was a delightful surprise. The staff made you feel like you were a home away from home. Plus, they are pet-friendly which made it even better :) highly recommend this Comfort location!

Comfortable stay

It was very comfortable, the bed was great, and very quiet and spacious. My suggestion for people you know are staying more than one night.. give extra towels since they don’t dry out between showers and also extra makeup removing cloths.. one for each day at the hotel.

Comfortable and clean

Room was comfortable and clean except the toilet. I had to clean the toilet right when i got there. How people can get stuff where it was i have no clue but that is the only thing i seen. Other than that room was great
