Lovely stay.

I was happy for the parking and not only that, but the electric charging available. I came in a non-busy weekend I guess as there were lots of space. My room was enough for me. Wish it was near sea but not. Internet fine in room. I bet some can have problems getting in shower though as it was narrow. Place has bar and lots of lounges you can relax. Breakfast has lots of variety to choose, the server was a little grumpy and not that polite to me. Bar man and receptionist was fine.

More than happy

Honestly I could not find any fault with my stay. I only saw two members of staff and they were both polite and friendly and happy to help. No chef in the evening just encouraged me out and exploring the area. Parking was a major bonus.

The hotel building is a traditional style and slightly quirky in a good way. The staff were really pleasant and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious. The parking is right outside and has EVCharging in the car park which was perfect for us.

The Gentleman at the reception was very professional and pleasant. The room was clean, warm, and cozy. I would bid again and strongly recommend it for others.

Lovely Hotel

Lovely spacious hotel well located for Towner, tennis arena and Devonshire Park theatre. Very friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. Love the old theatre poster pictures on the wall.

OK as expected

Hotel is an old converted house, room as expected. Not a bad size, old bed not very comfortable but the shower worked well. Upon arrival I was informed the Restaurant was closed for the evening and the Car park was full so had to park in a corner blocking other guests in, but there was no problem with that. Nothing special but OK for a one night stop over
