I won’t be back to stay

No microwave in room. Parking app payment was challenging, parking elevator broke down and had to use stairwell which was dirty and stinky. Nothing to see or do in lobby area. Snack shop in lobby was small and not well stocked. Front desk couldn’t help with parking issue because they are a second party parking.

Staff and service were friendly but the rooms are so outdated and need to be severely outdated. Not sure if it was just my room but the carpet was disgusting. Had stains on them and we stayed for 4 nights and didn’t have cleaning service come by once.

We checked in and was told that the room number was questionable in the system and if there are any issues to walk back downstairs and tell them. Had my 2 daughters with me and walked into a room with people in it. 😳 Front desk apologized and offered my girls free snacks from the shop. We were given a handicap accessible room.
