We stayed at this location due to the proximity of the ball park and Heritage center. The staff were very accommodating. The only draw back was parking. There was a game and parking was rough and expensive.

Stay was good, checkin and out easy. The elevator was different for sure! Room was nice and clean only down side was no water pressure and tub was sinking, soft spots. Got room service it was fast and good even with ordering so late.

Really good place to stay, liked it a lot will stay again but one of the valet staff are not very helpful. Game during opening day, and i know it us busy and stressful but we are staying at the hotel and decided to valet because it was convenient. We were told by one staff member that we would have to park in another lot. Another team member came over and told us immediately that he could park the car because we were staying there. Everything worked out but that staff member just made it more stressful. Still great place to stay.
