Great location, polite service, and spacious rooms

Fantastic stay at Handlery Union Square, I have stayed at this hotel three other times and I receive consistent, great service, always polite, accommodating, and attentive service. The rooms are spacious some have floor to ceiling windows that overlook the city. Beds are comfortable, modern decor, and fast elevators. The location is prime and safe with a lot of restaurant options you can walk to and shopping. Overall, I would highly recommend and will be back with my family.

awesome stay. the amenities were excellent. the hotel is in very good shape. the room is really comfortable, the services provided were good and with all the necessities for a comfort stay. the area around the hotel is really good and transportation is really easy to get. staff were really nice as well. very recommended! just have in consideration they charge $62 for parking per day if you want to rent a car, again, transportation is really easy to get so you will barely need car to move around the city.

Hotel met expectations. Room was clean. The minifridge had an issue where the door covering it would cause it to pop open and we lost our leftovers since they were all warm. Other than that, the room was good and the hotel was nice.

I booked 2 rooms for standard double room that the website stated 300 square feets. Only 1 room is correct. The size of 2 rooms are quite different. I complained to the Front desk but they failed to accept. I paid a higher rate for Standard Double Room but one is actually not Standard Double Room. 300sq fee is cheating.
