Excellent Customer Service from Front Lobby personnel. It is a Clean older hotel one block from Union Square. I had a very small room w comfortable full size bed on 5th floor. Reminded me of a college single dorm room. Many European guests. NICE Heated Pool with nice Foliage. No restaurant onsite but many many diners, including Jack in the Box, Cheesecake Factory, and Hinodeya Ramen place nearby

We stayed in the 'premier' building/room. It was nice to spend time on the balcony with a great view of the city. Our room had many nice extra's - lighted makeup mirror, bathmat, refrigerator, scale, toothbrush/toothpaste, mouthwash and a very comfortable couch and king size bed. We could not have been happier with the cleanliness of the room and daily housekeeping. The room was very quiet for sleeping. We will be returning on our next trip to San Francisco.

Great place to stay!

Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfy. Tho vent in bathroom needs to be cleaned and maybe painted. Great pool area . Bed very comfy .

The property was not handicap, friendly. I was on crutches, and my room was on a level that required me to take a loft elevator and coming in from ballet. I had to struggle with a sprained knee crutches and luggage down to the main lobby. The check in attendant at the front desk did give me a room that was on a level where I could just take an elevator however, when leaving, I still had to use the loft elevator, which was not turned on at the time and just was an inconvenience and struggle.

Overall very pleased. An older hotel, but the rooms were updated, clean and had multiple charging ports for devices. Housekeeping came daily which was nice. We like fresh air and were able to open the windows!

Overall the room was clean and comfortable, however, the bed is very firm. Almost bordering on hard. Aside from that, everything was excellent. Tons of very good food options within a block or 2. Good access to the trolley. Not very far from all the sights.

This location was close many things: restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, trolleys etc., Lots of transportation options. It was so easy to get to and from airport via BART train. Also to ride around the city by either bus or train. Loved that they had lemon water in the lobby for guests.
