Room was spotless. Staff very friendly. Great stay nice and peaceful. Only down size was the double bed when you are 6ft2 . Next time i will book a bigger room with larger bed .

The New Town Hotel was absolutely immaculate! Staff was wonderful and the room was comfortable and gorgeous. This hotel was the perfect ending to an adventurous day in Edinburgh and a fantastic beginning to kick start a day trip to Stirling. Will visit again soon!

We were able to check in earlier as our room was ready. Beautiful room, very spacious for 3 people. Bath robes and slippers provided. Late check out was also great. Pity we were only here for 1 night. Would definitely stay again!

Room is lovely!! Had a big bathroom with a good bath, and the room was clean and had a good aesthetic. The staff are very kind and welcoming. Doors and reception is open all night which was really useful. They do take £100 upon checking in for safety or something which I’m waiting to get back. But other than that it was really nice, also had a bar and breakfast but we didn’t get a chance to check that out. View and area was great too.

Genuinely this hotel is a gem of a find. The staff we met were warm, friendly, welcoming and professional. The decor as you go in is wonderful as was the room and the room + bathroom were spotlessly clean. Fantastic location and despite being central was perfectly quiet inside. Will definitely be going back. Brilliant in every respect.
