Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The overall atmosphere didn’t feel friendly or welcoming—perhaps it’s more geared toward business travelers, but even then, the lack of basic hospitality was surprising.
One of the most frustrating parts was that the bar does not accept cash at all. As a traveler from another country with daily card limits, this was incredibly inconvenient. I couldn’t even buy a bottle of water, as the rooms do not provide any complimentary water either. When I asked at the bar, I was told I couldn’t make a purchase simply because I only had cash. Thankfully, a kind stranger offered to pay for my water using her card. It wasn’t a matter of not having money—it was the hotel’s rigid and unaccommodating policy.
On top of that, the carpet in the room had a strong, unpleasant odor—damp or dirty, hard to tell which. It made the whole stay feel unhygienic.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The service was poor, the policies unfriendly, and the experience far from comfortable. I definitely won’t be returning.
