This 2 bedroom first floor flat has been recently refurbished but has maintained much of its period charm. There is a delightfully maintained private garden with patio and outdoor table, chairs and bench. For golfers' carts, clubs, baby buggies and beach implements, there is a secure and watertight outdoor storage room. For the keen golfer, you are yards away from the exclusive North Berwick West Links international golf course.

The property is accessed down a pathway to the right of the building, through a wooden gate to a well established private, landscaped garden, leading to the private front door. There is a lovely garden with a small patio area with a wooden bench. A table and two chairs are kept in the outdoor storage room.
This apartment is in an ideal location for a family holiday on the beach, or a golfing break in North Berwick, with the North Berwick Golf Club and West Links Golf Course just across the road. The Scottish Seabird Centre is a ten minute stroll away across the beach, offering bookable trips to observe gannets, puffins and terns on the Bass Rock, the Isle of May and the other Forth islands.
