No biscuits in the room with the tea / coffee, in a 4* hotel. Pathetic! Every other hotel / guest I have stayed in has BICUITS! Plates no warmed for hot breakfast, so it is cold by the time you have finished. Lift is confusing at first unitl you get used to their weird numbering system. Reception is is on the ground floor as you walk in, my room is on 2 fine. Go up to my room, unpack, settle in. Go to get some food. Call lift go in, go to press G button, what the !. No G button, look around lift and there is a list of floors, would you believe it, reception is on 5.
