Brilliant Stay

Great stay. Lica (or Lyca) was brilliant in helping us with early check in for our wedding and also helped with other bits. Great hotel, good breakfast!

The staff at the hotel were really friendly. Everyone I interacted with were very polite and helpful. The room was a little small and the bathroom, although clearly recently updated, didn't have good ventilation and there was a smell during my stay. Additionally the aircon in the room didn't work and it was surprisingly warm for Scotland! I was staying for work so the room/bathroom wasn't really an issue for me this time but if I was staying for leisure/longer I would have raised these with the hotel directly. The pleasant nature of all the staff members more than made up for it!
