Comfortable apartment. Well equipped with everything needed. Great location, just a few mins from the bus and trams.

While the flat had some charming character and very easy access to the tram and trains, the overall experience was sub par starting with the cleaner still being in the flat when we arrived at 3:15. He did not leave for another 40 minutes. The doorknob on the door to the sitting area came off in our hand, with sharp nails and splintered wood sticking out. The door knob on the master bedroom was very loose. The washing machine door did not close rendering it unusable. The sofa bed linens we PAID for did not include a duvet cover for the filler which was dingy and gross. While Edinburgh was lovely, this flat was anything but.
