Good - maybe needs a face lift

Excellent instructions re keys and entry. Two good size bedrooms and comfortable lounge. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom was a little small, the shower was good but the bath needed a really good clean around the edges and overflow- black muck around it. Bit of dust around the house and some places needed a lick of paint, however it was fine for us for a few days.
