We stayed at Staycity Edinburgh West End for two nights (3 persons) and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is great, close enough to walk to the city centre, with a supermarket just around the corner, which was really convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and well heated, which was definitely appreciated at this time of year. The sofa bed was adequate for our needs and check-in was smooth and friendly. The 24/7 reception is handy. One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathtub was a bit dirty, which was disappointing considering the rest of the apartment was fine. We used the luggage lockers after checkout and the process was easy. For £5 a day, the locker fit all four of our hand luggage bags comfortably, which was very useful. Overall, a comfortable stay with great location and helpful staff just wish the bathroom was cleaned a bit better.

The room was overall a good value for what you got. Having a kitchen was nice. The beds are extremely hard with two small pillows, the what comes from floor and is hard to control to find a good temp. There is way too much mold in the bathroom. It would take minutes to clean out but has been overlooked too many times.

I would still stay there

I love the staycity branch. I did not like that they didnt have Air conditioning in Edinburgh. It gets hot in a crowded room and the fans did not help. The staff was helpful. They were all amazing. After staying in Dublin at a higher end Staycity, this was a bit of a let down. Dublin had breakfast, and a bar that closed at midnight. In Edinburgh you are on your own. This is not a wheelchair safe space. The shower for handicapped is outdated. If tou can't walk, tou can't shower. Overall I loved my room, but it was not a good fit for my family.

Great friendly service and the apartment was prepared for as arranged. Very comfortable, quiet andcwell equipped. Good location and easy to get to.
