Expensive for what we wanted.

Could not just get a muffin or toast and coffee if you didn’t want a big breakfast. Glass doors in toilet were not sound proof…shower leaked. Only one elevator was working, too many people waiting. We did like the location

This is a very clean, well-maintained property, within walking distance of the train station, the shopping district, as well as Old Town and the Royal Mile. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, providing luggage storage both prior to check-in and after check-out. There is no restaurant on site (other than a bar menu), but there are numerous dining options close by. I highly recommend this location.

This property is a bit of a walk to the gorgeous royal mile and Edinburgh castle but if you like modern with a nice gym and excellent breakfast highly recommend. Rooms are well appointed and larger than your average European room.

I liked the area, it was very pleasant and close to everything. The food in the restaurant at night was limited and sometimes there was no food. The staff were all very pleasant.
