Very good

Warm welcome on arrival with a busy reception area. Given all the information we required and offered a reduced price on breakfast which we took advantage of. Free tea and coffee on offer beside reception/bar which was a nice touch. Room was perfect for our needs and contained everything you might require such as hairdryer, iron and ironing board, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed was super comfy and the bed linen was crisp, clean and fresh. Towels were super fluffy and the room and hotel in general was very clean. We enjoyed our breakfast with the usual offerings just be aware the room is not very big so you may have to wait for a table . A great stay and will def use again .

Property and staff excellent. Was going to be charged £20 for early check in. I challenged this, and it was revoked. I asked if we could get in if the room was ready. It was ready and left a sour taste in my mouth that they were going to charge extra for this. If that hadn’t happened, it would have been 5 stars all round because the rest was brilliant. Comfortable stay, larger than expected room. Bathroom is an odd layout, and not totally ideal for teenagers who like privacy while getting dressed, but was new with great fittings. Breakfast was average at best and expensive for what it was. No other breakfast options in the immediate area though, so plan accordingly. Overall, good value for money and we would stay again 🙂.
