Room was clean and well set up. Check-in and check-out processes were very quick and simple. Hotel itself was well located for everything we did during our stay. Highly recommend.
The hotel was in a prime location in the city centre close to all the attractions. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Couldn’t fault it except would have been good to have tea /coffee kettle in room.
Staff was very responsive and friendly, and the room was quite clean. Cooler unit (not a fridge) did not work very well but we didn't need it. Air conditioning worked well when we had it on.
The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Bed was really uncomfortable. Alongside pillows
Door to the hallway wasnt very sound proof so we kept waking up to banging in the halls.
The drinks are overpriced to the ninth degree, we do acknowledge your paying for convience but even then its extortionate
Shower door didnt close properly so we had to be super careful about flooding the floors
Staff were amazing when interacting with them
Breakfast was alright, nothing to write home about and the coffee was burnt and really bitter.
The theromstat glowing an ominous green didnt help sleep, we did turn it off, but it turned itself back on during the night which meant we woke up again
Bed mechanism for sliding bed is creaky and jittery. maybe needs some tlc
Room felt like it was on a different planet. Very clean and spacious. There was a fridge and toilet and shower are separated. Room temperature was controlled with great AC. We liked the fact that we could watch videos via YouTube from the tv.
