Escolher um hotel da rede Yotel é sinônimo de tranquilidade, é saber que encontraremos um hotel confortável, moderno e organizado. Nosso quarto era bem confortável, bem espaçoso, mobília moderna, cama queen com controle de posição, wi-fi, TV LCD, frigobar, ferro e tábua de passar roupa, secador de cabelo, ar condicionado, boa cama e ducha, shampoo, condicionador e hidratante.O quarto tem sensor de presença, se não houver movimento no quarto, tudo se desliga, mas se fizer um movimento, tudo liga novamente. O hotel esta bem localizado, próximo á Princess Street, com transporte e fácil acesso aos pontos históricos, restaurantes e comércio. O atendimento foi muito atencioso e prestativo de todos que nos atenderam. O café da manha custa £15. Eles guardam as bagagens antes do check in ou depois do check out. Também dão desconto caso opte por não limparem o quarto, dando um bônus para gastar no bar. Nosso quarto, foi o acessivel, tudo perfeito. Gostei muito do hotel, da nossa estada e da qualidade e conforto do hotel.

Staff were lovely. Cleanliness could be better. No Eggs or Bacon at breakfast as they had ran out . All breakfast items cold except the Juice which was warm. Air conditioning poor

For me the breakfast was just ok, the room was not very convenient withe the sink separate in the room, shower and toilet were not great with the glass panels, Could hear the showers above as we were on the basement level 0 , if we ever stay again would make sure we were on a higher level, apart from that staff were good and friendly bar lovely,

Hotel is in a good location for all city centre activities, self check in was quick and easy to use. Hotel room was clean and spacious only negative point I would say is there wasn’t any tea/coffee making facility’s in the room.

Clever design in a small space. Clean and comfortable. Nice touch having the double blind so you can choose how much light you want. Two issues, the TV turned itself on 6 times in the night - clearly an electrical issue which was resolved the following day and the lights turned themselves off after about 15 minutes which was annoying

Nice hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay really enjoyable. The location is great—everything is nearby and easy to get to. I would definitely stay here again.
