Our stay was very pleasant, and the staff were extremely courteous. During our two-day stay, we felt well taken care of. On the day of checkout, which was very early in the morning around 5 a.m., a gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond by offering us coffee and preparing some breakfast for my children. I regret not asking his name, but his thoughtful gesture truly reflected excellent hospitality. Please extend my gratitude to him, and keep up the great work.”

This property would have gotten five stars from me in every department. Until….. I received a phone call after we checked out stating that I was going to be charged $50 for a stain they could not get out of the sheets. My daughter had a nosebleed in the night and it left a spot about the size of a quarter. Unbelievable.

Beds not well made upon check-in - they looked slept in! Holder for soap and lotion was broken and there is no safe to keep valuables. But the staff are great, breakfast is good and there are food eating places nearby.
