Property lists a hot tub and gym in the offering, the hot tub was drained, the gym is literally 3 cardio machine and 4 types of dumbells with no area to actually lift. No water in the gym, bathroom walls were dirty

First time staying here and it was great. Very pleased with complimentary breakfast. Clean room and comfortable bed. Shower was good with good water pressure. Only negative thing was the running of water through pipes from other rooms as it was quite loud and noisy.

Great condition hotel, very clean, comfy beds and a great breakfast with many options. My only complaint is the cost. They jacked the prices for this particular weekend because of a nearby event I would assume. $240 for one night stay in Sherwood Park I think is a little ridiculous.
